We are grateful you have chosen to invest in materials that support your Bible study and discipleship journey. Each order is prepared with care, and we stand behind the quality of what we provide.
Because many of our resources are produced in limited print runs, we are able to accept returns only under specific circumstances described below.
Eligibility
When a return or replacement is available
Your order qualifies for a return or replacement if:
Shipping damage
Items were physically damaged or broken while in transit.
Manufacturing defects
Materials arrived with printing errors, missing pages, binding failures, or other production issues that affect usability.
Order fulfillment error
You received an incorrect item or quantity due to an error on our part.
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, duplicate purchases, over-ordering, or dissatisfaction unrelated to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Items must be unused and in their original condition unless damage or defect is being reported.
Process
How to request a return
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:
Photograph the item(s), including any visible damage and the outer packaging.
Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos attached.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Refunds may be issued when replacement is not feasible.
If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Digital Products
Digital products and downloadable content are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, except in cases where the file is technically defective or inaccessible.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. We encourage customers to ensure a secure delivery location.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility and, if applicable, receipt of returned items.
