Art has dedicated over 37 years to pastoral ministry, with a passion for helping churches and leaders thrive. His journey includes leading or serving on church planting teams for five church plants and revitalizing two churches. He has pastored congregations ranging from small church plants starting with just two people to medium-sized churches. For nearly 13 years, he served as an executive pastor in a growing church, co-leading its transformation into a multisite church with thousands attending weekly across seven campuses.
Experience
With a strong background in church health, leadership, development, and administration, Art brings a wealth of experience. He holds multiple theology degrees and has had the privilege of consulting, coaching, and mentoring local pastors, boards, and staff, equipping them to overcome challenges and maximize their impact. He is dedicated to fostering life-giving churches that inspire hope, deepen faith, build community, reach people with the Gospel, and make disciples.
