Celebrating 35 Years of Multiplication Ministries
Multiplication Ministries (MM) was founded 35 years ago, in 1989. This milestone marks an incredible journey of faith and service. The original founders, Al and Lorraine Broom, envisioned a community rooted in shared values. They dedicated their lives to spreading hope and unity among churches. Their dream became a reality, inspiring countless individuals across various regions.
Pioneers of Faith: The Brooms and McAdams
Al and Lorraine Broom gathered like-minded individuals to join their mission. Among them were Andy and Belle McAdams, who became integral to MM’s growth. Belle served as the Treasurer since 1993. In 2007, she took on the Office Manager role as her husband, Andy, became President after Al Broom. Together, they fostered a culture of collaboration and dedication.
Missionaries Serving Worldwide
In 17 years of leadership, consistency has been key for MM. The organization has excelled in producing churches and supporting missionaries. Their dedicated staff serves in locations like Latvia, Colombia, Taiwan, Mexico, and China. Currently, MM employs six missionaries, each committed to spreading the gospel. For over 35 years, they have also provided discipleship materials for individuals and communities.
A Legacy of Leadership and Mentorship: Andy & Belle McAdams
Pastor Andy McAdams has added several valuable components to MM. As a Church Coach, Mentor, and Advisor, he has traveled to over 40 states. His expertise has helped numerous pastors run successful churches. In the office, Belle McAdams ensured everything ran smoothly. She balanced her role as Treasurer with managing the daily operations of MM until her passing in 2018.
Continuing the Vision: Denny McAdams Takes Charge
After Belle’s passing, her son, Denny McAdams, stepped into leadership. He has been running the office for six years, continuing his mother’s legacy. Year 35 brings new thoughts and ideas for growing the ministry. The focus remains on nurturing one disciple at a time. Multiplication Ministries’ impact continues, reflecting its founders’ commitment to faith and service.
