Lance Long
The Mission FieldLance Long grew up the son of missionary parents who served for 36 years in Niger and Nigeria. Lance has been a pastor and a police officer and is now closing in on the end of 25 years of teaching high school in Arizona. Lance began with Multiplication Ministries by teaching at Riga International Bible Institute in Latvia and now spends his summers as a part-time missionary teaching English at the Summer Language Institute of LCC International University, a Christian university in Lithuania.

WHO ARE JOHN AND SHULAN ACHORD?JOHN ACHORD is a retired pastor from Southern California. His passion has always been for those within the church to know Christ intimately, learn the Word thoroughly, and love others sacrificially. John holds a Bachelor in Christian Education, a Masters in Religious Studies and a Doctorate in Theology. Missionaries to ColombiaIn the early years in Colombia Glenn taught at two different Christian Missionary kids high schools, first on the southern plains of Colombia and then in Bogotá the capitol city. Glenn and Patty met in Bogotá in 1997 and were married a year later. They have an adopted daughter, Candy, working and studying in San Diego. Glenn is a graduate of La Verne University; Coleman College and San Diego Christian College. What is Our Ministry?We are the team of Bill and Cindy Martin. Our ministry is training the next generation of church leadership and helping churches fulfill the Great Commission. We have done this primarily in the country of Latvia. Latvia was considered part of the Soviet Union until 1989, and at that point there had been very little theological or practical training for 50 years under communism. We knew there was a need for training and so we moved to Latvia to help with that need in 1997. At that time we worked with one Bible school in Latvia as their primary teachers, and as visiting teachers for a seminary in Estonia. Bill was later Director of the Bible school for 3 years before turning the school back over to a national director in 2008.
